Welcome to the thread I will be using to show off all of the fun little gameplay moments myself and my friends manage to pull off. We're talking the good, the bad, the funny, and the painful.
Currently speaking, I'm a low tier playing that stays comfortably in the Elk-Griffin range, depending on how much I feel like tormenting myself. I don't particularly like ranking - I find it to be incredibly stressful, and a lot of the hightier culture and strategy exhausts me to learn. If someone tells me not to play a character I feel a blood vessle pop somewhere in my body. Can't stand the meta. I'm here strictly to collect and invest myself in funny skins to dress up in.
So. With the level of "This is how seriously I take this game." This is what you can expect from me.
Survivors:
I play Painter, Perfumer, Bar Maid, and Doctor with 6/9 (Though, will occassionally switch to 3/6 for perfumer). My general belief is that if a character should be far away from a hunter, then you're probably safe not to bring 3 on the character. Sometimes this gets me into shenanigans, but more often then not it lets me get away with some absolutely stupid amount of stunts mid-game.
Cowboy, First Officer, and Antiquarian get played with a comfortable 3/6. With the amount I end up body blocking and end game harrassing with those guys, having the security of 3 works very well for me.
Cheerleader is my first and only 3/9 character. I do think she needs 3 because of how often you're going to be hoovering around the hunter and your teammates end game, but the absolute cracked amount of speed you can get up to with broken windows on her makes up for not having tide when you're emergancy rescuing.
Other than that, other survivors you can see me playing with every now and again are: "Little Girl", Enchantress, Entomologist when I sniff out a jack, Gardener, "Prisoner", and Mech. They're all a bit rarer these days - Some of these are strictly when I'm teaming, some of these are just when I want to look cute. But I like to think I can pull off a half-decent kite with everyone listed here.
Hunters, on the other hand, I'm a little more limited on.
I play largely pretty woman as hunters. Sculptor is my go-to, but I consider myself at least a half-way decent Bloody Queen. Unfortunately, the rise of the harrassment meta has made her Not as fun to play as a one-hit hunter, so I don't do it as often as I used to. But there was once upon a time I prided myself in my ability to do some strange and unusual mirror trick shots.
I experiment a little every now and again with Michiko, Who I think is just queen under a different name. Nightwatch? Own his S tier. He's fun and fresh, but I gotta be in the mood for it.
So. With an idea of what you may be watching tonight, allow me to show off some of the stupid stunts I've managed to pull off. These are in decending order from most recent to oldest
Judith the Dove Bodyblock
Lily Michiko End-Game Kite
I was playing Lily this match, and my friend Robo was playing as Puppeteer. I believe this was the night he released, and we were so enthralled by her absolutely insane rescue that I had to include it in this showcase. I don't think the end-game kite is "Spread on twitter" kind of impressive, but hugging Michiko to juke her always makes me laugh a little.
Merc going into the locker
Looking back on it, I think that the comedic timing here would have been far more funny if I had let the poor guy come out and just hit him with a statue to get him down. But him and the seer had managed to kite me Quite Well, so my only concern had been KILLING.
Though, I did end up giving their toy merchant dungeon as an apology after all was said and done.
Doctor dancing and immediately getting downed.
After I managed to down her this time around, she didn't emote the rest of the match. Funny how that works, right?
Jose watch timed like a perfume.
I still think the fact I managed to pull this off is kind of insane. I actually personally really enjoy going up against Ann - Painter is a soft counter to her, so I learned how to deal with her with a good character.
Perfumer as a rescue character
The amount of stunts I managed to pull against this Alva with her perfume is immeasurable, and needs no further clarification I feel.
Close call - Perfumer Kite
I feel like we've all done better surprise kites then this. But that part at the end where I managed to get her across the boarder of the upper level of second story no less then three times remains legendacy, and worth showing off.
That one match with the toy merchant where I got evil
That Ann rescue
Picture this. Your me. You like playing against Ann. You know Edgar is a Bad Character that gets eaten alive both by excitement and by just turning your camera. What do you do.
Jack with Cowboy
If you can spot the cowboy in this one, I'll give you a trophy.
Failed rescue with Cowboy
Painting getting eaten alive by excitement - We need his buff now.
The bodyblock not working as intended, but it got out the blink
Demi, "little girl", bonbon, and the bodyblock
Edgar and Robbie kite by the dock
In my defense, I think I killed a lot of time with this stunt. Maybe more then I even would have just kiting.
